The still water level in many grease separator systems is below the backlog level, which is usually the same as the road surface. There are risks involved with this: In the event of heavy rain or high water, waste water from the sewer can enter the connected pipes and in the worst case, force its way into the room housing the grease separator or into the basement.

The TECEbasika pump units reliably protect against a waste water backlog. The range includes a variety of different pump units for every application scenario both free-standing installation indoors and installation in the ground outdoors.

The TECE pump units are fitted with a gas- and water-tight receptacle made of plastic or stainless steel. As a result, there are no unpleasant odours. In addition to mono units with one feed pump, TECE offers units with two pumps. In the duo units, the pumps automatically operate alternately. Further components include level evaluation and electrical control.
