The wall sections are prefabricated units whose dimensions are adapted to the particular installation situation. Completely prefabricated for potable water, heating, waste water and ventilation, the dimensions are based on the pipe network calculations. The requirements relating to fire protection, sound insulation and thermal insulation are naturally taken into consideration in the selection of fixing methods and pipe materials. The rapid assembly of wall sections and the connection of individual sections from floor to floor also make it possible to renovate buildings without residents having to move out.

The pre-wall sections are prefabricated bathroom wall sections including the required modules for e.g. toilets, washstands, urinals or bidets, which are supplied to the construction site complete with pipes. Each wall section is individually adapted to the situation in the particular rooms, so that fixtures are later assembled in the right place. The wall sections are merely attached to the structural body and connected with rising pipes or downpipes. After the planking has been applied to the wall sections, the room is ready for the tiler.
