In its own production facilities, TECE manufactures composite and plastic pipes for domestic installation on state-of-the-art machinery.

The heating pipes are offered in dimensions 14 x 2 mm, 16 x 2 mm, 17 x 2 mm and 20 x 2 mm in a variety of material qualities.

SLQ floor heating pipe PE-Xc·

• Excellent creep rupture strength and resistant to scratches and grooves thanks to crosslinking, therefore ideal for the harsh conditions on a construction site.

SLQ floor heating pipe PE-RT type 2·

• Un-crosslinked material with far better creep rupture strength than PE-RT type 1.

SLQ composite metal pipe PE-RT/AL/PE·

• The multi-layer composite pipe is dimensionally stable and therefore ideal for laying in dimpled sheets and clip rails.

Tested quality – safety made by TECE.
As a manufacturer of complex pipe and connection systems, TECE has its own recognized testing laboratory with several temperature change test machines, creep test containers and other testing equipment. For TECEfloor alone, more than 150 clamped joints with all pipe types are tested in a 5,000-cycle temperature change test. Typical sources of faults, such as those that arise as a result of incompatibility caused by purchasing a range of different individual parts, can therefore be eliminated reliably from the outset.
