With the publication of TRGI 2008, TECEflex can also be used in gas installation:

• Laying of complete domestic gas installations to 100 mbar
• TECEflex composite pipe in yellow signal colour
• Same brass fittings as for potable water, heating and compressed air installation, therefore no chance of mix-ups
• Approval applies for all dimensions from 16 to 63 mm

The gas pipes can be laid without fittings from the rolls through channels and hollow spaces without these having to be ventilated. This means TECEflex is of particular interest for the connection of roof-mounted central heating plants, and the simple TECE laying aids make planning easier.
